How to measure – heel to toe
- Prepare:
Place a sheet of paper flat on the floor, pushed right up against a wall. - Stand upright:
Step onto the paper with your heel touching the wall. - Mark the length:
While standing, draw a line just in front of your longest toe (ask for help if needed for accuracy). - Measure:
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where your heel was) to the line at your toe. This is your foot length from heel to toe. - Compare:
Use the measured length to find your size in the chart below.
📏 Tips
- Measure both feet – it's normal for one to be slightly larger. Always use the measurement of the longer foot.
- Measuring in the afternoon is best, as feet tend to expand a little over the course of the day.
